Join us for a FREE public “concert” performance of Andrea Assaf’s “Eleven Reflections on September” featuring transnational fusion dance by Donna Mejia, and live music with violinist Eylem Basaldi, percussionist Natalia Perlaza and guest vocalist Jenny Luna. One night only in Washington, DC!

“Eleven Reflections on September” is a poetry & multi-media performance on Arab American experience, Wars on/of Terror, and “the constant, quiet rain of death amidst beauty” that each autumn brings in a post-9/11 world.
